Hi everyone! I’m Erica, the senior groomer here at Levels Dog Care Groomers I am Level 2 City and Guilds, Level 3 Ipet qualified, and canine first aid trained. I have been grooming for over 8 years and absolutely love what I do and meeting dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities!

I’m all about fun, practical haircuts that suit your dog’s lifestyle while making sure they look their best. I’m all about making the whole grooming experience as happy and stress-free as possible. I want our salon to be a place your dog is happy to visit and sad to leave.

At home I’m just as dog-crazy — I have two of my own: Scamp, a cheeky Chihuahua-Poodle mix, and Dex, a lovable Staffie cross. I also share my home with Shadow the cat They keep me busy and constantly remind me why I love what I do.

I cannot wait to meet your pups and make them look (and feel!) amazing.

I’m a qualified dog groomer with a Level 2 Distinction and over three years of hands-on experience. I’m also certified in canine first aid and canine body language, and I’m currently completing my pet sitting and dog walking course to broaden the ways I can support pets and their families.

I understand that every dog has its own unique personality, and I always take the time to make sure each one feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I love all breeds for their individual quirks and their own little personalities that make them who they are.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors exploring new places with my own dog, Stanley.
